We are equipped with a professional digital tensile testing machine (with valid metrological calibration certification issued by accredited professional third-party institutions), and have implemented a fully standardized tensile testing procedure: Secure the brush connector in the tester's clamping slot and lock it firmly, then apply tensile load at a constant speed until reaching the standard load specified for the corresponding product specification.
Actual testing is conducted with a professional pointer-type push-pull force gauge: Clamp the gun barrel securely to the bench vise workbench, attach the brush to the cleaning rod, then pull the cleaning rod handle at a constant speed in parallel alignment to apply tensile load to the brush head.
Standard thread go/no-go gauges are used for batch-by-batch verification, covering both American standard (UNC/UNF) threads and Chinese GB standard threads. All finished products meet thread tolerance requirements: the go gauge screws in smoothly without resistance, while the no-go gauge is effectively stopped within the allowable limit. All inspection records are fully documented and archived for traceability, with a consistently stable batch qualification rate.
